Hello and thank you for your interest in Clear Choice College Admissions Counseling!
I founded this company in 2019 to help high school students and their families find clarity and peace of mind as they navigate the college admissions process. Since then, I have helped more than 100 students work their way through various components of the admissions puzzle, including:
Understanding the current admissions landscape
Exploring majors and college options
Deciphering the true cost of college
Discovering how to become a competitive applicant
Learning how to write college essays and meet deadlines
My college degree is in journalism from the University of Texas at Austin, and my professional background is in communications, which I draw upon heavily when guiding students through writing essays and crafting resumes.
However, my many years volunteering with teens are when I developed my passion for helping students find their calling and fulfill their dreams for the future.
Since discovering this calling of my own, I have dedicated my time to becoming fully educated in every aspect of college admissions, which has included earning a certificate of Independent Educational Consulting from the University of California at Irvine, constantly following college admission trends, and visiting colleges all over the country.
I love working with teens and use my knowledge of colleges and the admissions process to help students find colleges that fit their unique academic, social, and financial profiles and then guide them to submit the most competitive applications possible.
